At Loyalcare, we provide structured, supportive housing for young people aged 16 to 18 who are transitioning into adulthood and preparing for independent living. Our semi-independent housing offers a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where young people can develop essential life skills, build confidence, and thrive emotionally and socially.
Each placement is tailored to meet the unique needs of the young person, whether they are leaving care, facing family breakdown, or need additional support to make the transition into adult life. Our highly trained team works closely with local authorities, social workers, and families to ensure every young person receives the support and guidance they need.
We provide
Fully furnished, homely accommodation with 24/7 staff availability
Help with budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and personal development
A structured routine with house rules, boundaries, and individualised care plans
Support with education, employment, or training pathways
Assistance with healthcare access and emotional wellbeing
Keyworker support and regular progress meetings
